    We do to best diligently------Etching method:This is method that produce of photo-chemical reaction and chemical  corrosion.It is used with modern advanced C A D.Let us make the necessary processing figure into the positive and negtive mask plate. through CAD /CAM.Then let us cope the figure on positive and negtive two sides of metal material through photo-chemical reaction.Protected metal part figure has formed on positive and negtive sides of metal material.Then through chemical corrosion the unprotected metal material is corroded,so the metal part is produced.

   What is the difference between the etching and traditional pressing by comparison?The difference is this:Etching has short circle,the circle of production generally is 7 days.Change of dimension is easy and fast.But mechanical pressing must have pressing equipment with high accuracy and equipment for production the mould.the circle of development is 2-3 month.Because etching has particularity,the complicate gearee of figure did not concern a difficulty and easiness degree of production.Comparatively to produce diffcult nart with mechanical pressing is as often as not to raise production difficulty,even do not to be produced.But etching only needs to design and make mask plate"film",the development cost is less.The etched part is without burr,the magnetism of part material is not changed.The part levelling after production is not changed.

   Etching applies to produce metal material with large batch,large variety,large plane thin type,and produce metal product surface technologically decoration.(half-corrosion).Now ,etching widely applies to all integrated circuit lead frame and other field,e.g.fluorescent display screen exhibition,guard net,precise filter,net,encoder raster,microelectrode,mask plate,integrated circuit cover,kinsecope shade mask,SMT,tin-paste net press plate.Now our factory produced the special quartz crystal vibration lead for the quartz crystal vibration enterprise.the result of application is very good.
