In 1976 the local state-owned integrated circuit component factory set up in Ningbo;

In 1991 Ningbo IC component factory restructuring its technical subjects into Ningbo East China Institute of IC components;

In 1999 Ningbo East China Institute of IC components,in order to adapt to itself’s development needs,renamed Yinxian East China integrated circuit components factory;

February 2002,Yinxian evacuated county for districts,so Yinxian East China integrated circuit components factory renamed Yinzhou East China integrated circuit components factory;

October 2002, Yinzhou East China integrated circuit components factory moved to Ningbo Beilun Economic and Technological Development Zone Dagang Industrial City, renamed Ningbo Dongsheng Integrated Circuit Element Co., Ltd.
